Step 1  Go to https://www.visualstudio.com/

Step 2 In Visual Studio Downloads go to Visual Studio 2015 and click on Enterprise 2015

Step 3 Click to Download Button

Step 4 Run the Application

Step 5 Click on Install Button

Step 6 After installing open Visual Studio IDE

Step 7 Open a new project

Step 8 Select ASP.NET Web Application

Step 9 Add new web form

Step 10 Write the program and excute
