To add a new customer,a lot of information need to be entered in the form. These are following :-
Basic information
Customer Name: Name of the customer
Customer ID / Code: A unique number is given to
identify customer among all customers.
Customer Type: Type of customer that may be
designer,dealer,architect etc.
Contact Name: Name of the person who represent
organisation.
Referred By: Name of the person who referred
customer
Contact information
All the information needed to contact a new customer comes in the contact information.
Bill-To-Address
The bill-to-address is
the invoice address and the cardholders address if paying by card.
Suite / Unit - It is your address, if an
apartment what number is it, a Suite the room number and a unit the name of it.
County - A political and administrative
division of a state.
Shipping Address
Shipping
address is the address (location) where product to be delivered.
Location Info
Parent Location - It is the nearest branch of
company where customer buy the products.
He may be customer to multiple branches or regular customer(generic).
Route Location - Route location is used to
mention in which way the products should be sent to the customer.

complete relief from taxes, reduced rates, or tax on only a portion of items.

Fulfillment Method - The process of fulfilling the delivery should be chosen whether customer picks up or need to be delivered to the customer.
