The master list of the
system consists of the following parts -
Product
Any tangible or intangible good or service that is a result of a process and that is intended for delivery to a customer or end user.
There are following categories of product :-
1. Stock Product
A supply of goods kept on hand for sale to customers by a merchant, distributor, manufacturer, etc.
2. Non-Stock Product
A product marked as non-stock is a product where the demand is too low to keep it in stock. It is still possible to buy the product, but there is a minimum order quantity.
3. Custom Product

A price list is a listing of prices for different products or services.
5. Custom Price list
Sets the price of products or services based on a relationship with customer.
Services
A service is a non-material action resulting in a measurable change of state for the purchaser caused by the provider.
Package
Package provides
product as well as service for that product

Customer
A customer is an
individual or business that purchases the goods or services produced by a
business.
The customer is the end goal of businesses, since it is the customer who pays for supply and creates demand.
Supplier
A supplier is an entity that supplies goods and services to another organization. This entity is part of the supply chain of a business, which may provide the bulk of the value contained within its products.
A company that provides microprocessors to a major computer business is an example of a supplier.
Vendor
A vendor is the party in the supply chain that makes goods and services available to companies or consumers.
Large retail stores generally have a list of vendors from which they purchase goods (at wholesale) to sell (at retail) to their customers.
